We borrow nature and the environment from future generations, therefore, sustainability is a key element of the company’s philosophy. Management pays particular attention in complying with rigorous standards of labor conditions, safety and an ethical utilization of products.

 

The Corporate Culture is based on the principles of Lean management, a continuous self-improvement with low hierarchies. The objective is standardization, promotion of creativity and the avoidance of any kind of waste. 5S, idea box and other mechanisms have been successfully integrated, communicated and accepted by the staff. In 2008, a well-organized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool was implemented, helping us to improve the purchasing process and to increase efficiency in inventory management.
